Terrain preparation

1. The first step consists on plowing the earth
2. Then mechanical disks are used to mill the earth, the times that it is necessary, until achieving that the earth is free of the classic " rubble ". 
3. Later the leveling of the land is made, using mechanical tools.
4. To be concluded it proceeds to carry out the borders where the seeds were placed.

Preparation of the seed

1. The selection of the bulbs dedicated to seeds will be from a superior quality to those dedicated to consumption.
2. It is carried out the one threshed manual with specialized personnel. A way more than carrying out this process is using one threshed mechanic, method that we don't use for the damage that many times take place on the grains.
3. Once threshed, these they are gone by a filter and this way they are classified by their size.
4. Then, if it is necessary, we disinfect the seed with allowed chemists.

Cultivations 

The plantation is carried out once the bud in the clove of garlic or seed, occupies the 3/4 parts of the same one. The favorable time for its cultivation goes between the months of February and April. 
The distances among teeth depend on the variety, of the destination of the production and of the size of the seed (in general it varies from 10 to 14 teeth for lineal meter) 

To the 45 days it is carried out the first farm (manual and mechanics) and it is paid with natural fertilizers and / or chemical. This process is carried out from 3 to 4 times during the cycle of life of the product.

It is a garlic with very good flavor, in general it has a great size with 10 to 11 teeth for bulb.

Packing 

The packing used to bale our production is adaptive according to the market destination, and it goes from cardboard boxes or wood, bags of different kilos, until the classic string of 100 garlics.
